3.3 AIMS AND SYSTEM OF THE LAND REGISTERS
There are two aims to be pursued. Legally the land registers provide a kind of defence for the titles, deeds etc. con-nected to a real estate and also, they give certainty for the bona fide holders, as well as they promote the advantageous utilization of the real estates. The economic aim: to serve as a uniform base for establishing financial obligations, for planning and for supplying statistical data for a reasonable organization of land utilization.

The new registration consists of:
a/ Real estate registration map - this is identic with the basic land survey map and serves also for land measuring purposes.
b/ The property sheet consists of three parts:
Part I: contains the descriptive data (site, area, features of cultivation, soil quality, net income etc.).
Part II: titles i.e. data relating to the ownership (name, birth, address etc.).
Part III: all the other titles and deeds i.e. data relating to utilization, , usefruct, limitations of disposition, easements, restrictios mortgages, etc.
c/ The land book contains the data of every parcel inside the community arranged according to the order of parcel number showing also the extent of the total area.
d/ The roll contains the total area in a systematical order arranged according to the cultivation (arable land, meadow etc.) as well as to the net cadastral income.(golden crown value)
e/ Summary: contains the total area of the community for statistical, planning and taxation purposes by sectors (e.g. the extension of the total private property, state or other property).
